How do I register / sign-up for an account?
During your first purchase from RockExpress.com, the details you supply will be used to create your user account. These details can be used by returning customers to speed up their next order.

How do I get my downloads?
After completing the purchase of your downloads, you will be sent an e-mail to your registered address with further instuctions. You can also find details of all your orders in the 'Your Account' section of this site. Included in these details are links to all your available downloads. 

I am a hotmail user and I do not recieve confirmation mails! 
Recent changes in hotmails 'spam' policies have resulted in many of our mails and those of other e-commerce sites being rejected by their servers. We have done everything within our power to ensure that we meet hotmails requirements, however mail delivery to their service is still unrelaible. Where possible, please avoid using hotmail as your account e-mail. 

How do I play my downloaded videos?
For play back on Windows or Macintosh Computers, we reccomend using Apples ITunes software. However there are a wide range of applications available for the playback of our MP4 files. An alternative to ITunes on Windows is the free Media Player Classic. 

Are my videos compatible for mobile device playback? 
All of our files are compatible with most of todays portable video players including I-Pod, Sony PSP and Archos players.

What format are the video files?
RockExpress.com video downloads are encoded in h.246 format to ensure the highest quality while maintaining a reasonable file size.

What datarate do you encode at?
We encode our videos at a datarate of 600kb and a resoluion of 640x390 pixels.
